shadows and columns
This building is across the street from Lafayette Square which is across the street from the White House. I believe this is on 15th street, or Madison... it faces the park. It was the shadows of that naked tree that caught my attention more than the building, which is why I have no more information to give you regarding it's location or purpose. I'm sure it has one.. actually, I'm sure it has both. ;)
