I love these wall ornaments - and this one gives all viewers something to talk about.
This guy is on F street NW near the Pen shop~ near 13th & 12 streets.
He has definitely given us something to talk about!
He used to be a puppy. (You know how pups sleep with thier tongues out?) His new dentures hurt. But hold on, are those hair or horns? Now THAT changes the whole story, doesn't it?
