Renoir on the sidewalk

This morning we decided to walk back to the Phillips Collection to see if the sidewalk chalk artist had finished her copy of Renoir's painting. Dana Ellyn was busy working on this yesterday, but apparently did not finish. I like this unfinished version.
Today was the perfect example of spring weather. It was cool, but not cold. The city is green. I've been waiting for weather like this. I hope it lasts!

Here in Oregon, the town of Forest Grove has an annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival. I went for the first time last September, and loved the diversity and the talent of what I saw! (I have one pic on my blog).
