hanging out

By the steps of the Smithsonian American Art Museum. This is the entrance that faces the Spy Museum.

The shoes belong to my baby boy (now 11). I've always been drawn to his feet. Watching them grow from cute little cherub feet to what is now encased in these huge shoes. The other day he looked at my feet and said, "you have such tiny feet, Mommy!"

=)

I love this photo! One thing I've learned from being in the DP family is taking interesting shots from feet point of view and of feet. Fun! (I have a son who wears size 13 shoe. His feet are bigger than he was at birth!)

oh my goodness... size 13!! yikes... I can see my guy going in that direction. He hopes to be seven feet tall one day... I figure he has a better chance at 6 1/2.. lol

I'm glad you all enjoyed this one. It's great when my quirky instincts are so well received =)

rambling round.. hee hee a real feat! ;)
