I love fountains, especially a bunch of them! Nice shot.
Looks even nicer from this vantage point.
I use to live in Fairfax, and one of my favorite things to do was to go down to the mall at night and shoot with a tripod & long exposure. You can get some very cool shots that way. They really light up the memorials well. Using a telephoto at night on the monuments can get you some rather unique shots as well.
